When it comes to injuries, this is one of the things we hating typing most: "Carted Off With a Knee Injury."
Unfortunately we are reporting that is exactly what happened tonight for not one but two high impact players in Fantasy Football.

Kansas City Chiefs running back, Spencer Ware, tore his PCL and will need season-ending surgery. NFL Network is reporting Ware's ACL is intact, but there are other knee ligaments he damaged. With Ware out,  Kareem Hunt's value skyrockets in all formats. Over the weekend, we've seen the rookie RB go as high as the late 2nd round but mostly has been picked in the 3rd and 4th rounds. Check out the latest version of the cheatsheet for our updated RB rankings.

A big blow to the New England Patriots and the PPR community. Julian Edelman tore his ACL vs. the Lions in the Pats third Preseason outing. Edelman caught 98 passes last year, will be done for the season.  We still really like Tom Brady as our Number 2 ranked QB. Chris Hogan and Malcolm Mitchell will get a bump in opportunity, as will Danny Ammendola.  Brandin Cooks is still locked in our Top 12 at the position. The Pats passing catching backs, Dion Lewis and James White, will also see more targets with Edelman sidelined for 2017. Our WR cheatsheet is now updated.

It's been a relativley quiet summer for injuries (unless Odell Beckham's ankle turns out to be serious) but something always seems to happen in the 3rd Preseason games, and WHACK, we were hit with two big ones in Ware and Edelman. There's nine more Preseason games today/tonight and three more on Sunday. We'll will keep you updated on all of the latest headlines throughout the weekend on both our news feed an email newsletter.
